When you enter the state of Ihram You have to do some things, for example, Don’t Curse at people, cut your nails, or cut your hair.
Don’t Curse at People While Ihram
You don’t curse at people while Ihram; whether you are in a state of Ihram for Hajj or Umrah.
That is because Alla says:
“Hajj is [during] well-known months, so whoever has made ḥajj obligatory upon himself therein [by entering the state of iḥrām], there is [to be for him] no sexual relations and no disobedience and no disputing during Hajj.
And whatever good you do – Allah knows it. And take provisions, but indeed, the best provision is fear of Allah,And fear Me, O you of understanding. [Al-Baqara: 197]
In the previous verse, Allah forbade immorality, which is the generality of sins, including insults and curses,

As the prophet Mohammed (pbuh) said in Hadith:
“Insulting a Muslim is sin, and fighting him is unbelief”
But if he curses at Allah, insults religion, insults rituals, and the like, then this is clear atheism,
and its companion is an apostate infidel by consensus, whether he knew that it was blasphemy or not.
Don’t Curse at People Ever

Above all, in Islam, you don’t curse at people ever; This is according to the words of Allah:
“ And those who harm believing men and believing women for [something] other than what they have earned [i.e., deserved] have certainly borne upon themselves a slander and manifest sin” [ Al – Ahzab:58]
In addition, many hadiths mentioned from the Prophet Mohammed (pbuh) forbidding insulting and cursing,
Such as:
On the authority of Abu Dharr that he heard the prophet say:
“A man does not accuse another of immorality or blasphemy, except that it returns to him if the other person is not like that. “
[Narrated by Al-Bukhari]
